Chování zaměstnavatele je odtažité a nadřazené. Dříve se choval mnohem krát lépe.Není zde nastaven vůbec systém odměn. a výplaty za posledních 5 let se vůbec nepohnuli.
Chybí tu spousta pozic, jako je Technolog, Cenař, manipulátoři atd. Chaotický systém a přístup k práci. Nesplnitelné termíny stresují zaměstnance.

V managementu jsou vesměs slušní a féroví lidi. Oceňování odpovídá pracovnímu Je snaha vycházet si vstříc. Pokud dojde k drobným chybám, i nadřízení se umí omluvit a vím, že v nich není zlý úmysl.
