V roce 2003 když firma v Karlových Varech začínala budovat svou historii si vedla velice dobře. Byl zde tým, na který by mohl být každý zaměstnavatel hrdý. Pro každého byla prestiž v takové firmě pracovat. Důvodem bylo, že majitel se firmě tolik nevěnoval a firma poskytovala klientům to, na co byli zaměstnanci školeni výrobcem vozidel VW / Audi. Majitel měl pocit, že tomuto odvětví rozumí lépe a začal se firmě věnovat. Výsledek si dokáže každý najít v recenzích spokojenosti zákazníka těchto premiovych značek. Spokojený a profesionální zaměstnanec = spokojený zákazník který se rád vrací. Smutný pohled na firmu, která má veliký potenciál.
V době růstu firmy velice fajn kolektiv, který už je minulostí.

Work in a team of young people
Ve společnosti pracuje mnoho mladých a na první pohled pro věc zapálených lidí. Opět bohužel, jen na první pohled.
Order and rules
Jedná se o autorizovaného dealera a servis, odsud pravidla a řád. Bohužel, minimálně část osazenstva je nechce nebo nemůže dodržovat a tím nabourává celý systém vnitřních procesů, který pak prakticky nemůže existovat. Kdo chce systém vybudovat a udržovat, ten zde bude nadšen.
