Potenciál, zajímavá práce.
Změnit systém odměn zaměstnanců.
Jobs for people aged 50+
Pracuje tam hodně lidí v předdůchodovém a důchodovém věku. Lépe si rozumí a lépe fungují i po pracovní stránce.
Jobs for people with no work experience
Jako dělník dostanete základní mzdu a u vyšších pozic to není o moc lepší. Na druhou stranu máte šanci posouvat se mezi odděleními podle toho, co Vás baví a trpělivě Vás zaškolí, pokud nejste z oboru. Firma ráda přijímá mladé lidi, no bohužel dlouho nevydrží. (Management má poněkud zastaralé způsoby vedení.)
