Nejlepší práce, jakou jsem kdy měl. Kolegové jsou stejná krevní skupina, je na ně spoleh. Ve firmě je lidský a neformální přístup, vše je o dohodě. Navrch jsem měl obrovské štěstí na šéfa, s platem jsem velice spokojený. Jestli vám nesedí korporát, tohle je dobrá cesta.
mě osobně mrzí absence team buildingů, protože je je tu fakt skvělá parta. Ale je to detail.

neformalni pohodova atmosfera. Kdo muze tak opravdu poradi, pomuze apod.
Je velmi obtizne znalosti nabyte zde ve firme aplikovat jinde. Technologie jsou pomerne specificke a neni prilis mozne je vyuzit jinde

Není to žádný korporát s velkým open space, zaměstnanecké bonusy jsou velmi slušné, vše se dá domluvit (např. občasný home office)

Jednoznačne přístup a chování k lidem/zaměstnancům. Ochota naslouchat a pomoci/vyjít vstříc a umění ocenit vynaložené usílí. Z toho všeho plyne skvělá celková atmosféra v práci.
