Kolektiv příjemných, inteligentních mladých lidí, kteří podpoří a kdykoliv rádi pomohou. Nadřízení, pokud nejsou zrovna zavaleni prací, poskytují zpětnou vazbu a bezvyjímečně se chovají k podřízeným s respektem.
Čas od času je práce víc než lidí, kteří by ji mohli zvládat, což vyústí v naprosto mimořádnou potřebu pracovat přesčas. Stává se ale opravdu málokdy, pokud vezmeme v úvahu sektor, ve kterém se pohybujeme.
