Dobrá atmosféra v kanceláři, většina lidí z kanceláře se stýká i mimo práci. Vedoucí HR je otevřený, vyslechne si zaměstnance, když je to možné, pomůže.
Arogantní, povýšené jednání několika managerů včetně plant managera. Pokud firma uzná, že Vaše místo je nadbytečné, propustí Vás na hodinu s odstupným. Žádná dvou měsíční výpovědní lhůta.
