Dává příležitost mladým lidem, kteří mají minimální nebo žádnou praxi.
Vedení lidí, chování k lidem, nulová komunikace, slibování něčeho a následné nesplnění, prakticky žádné vzdělávací kurzy a nulový rozvoj.

Člověk získá cenné zkušenosti jak pracovat v prostředí, kde neplatí, co se řekne, a kde vše končí na úrovni slibů, lží a výmluv. O to více si pak jinde váží slušné a férové jednání.
Sliby, lži, výmluvy, přesčasy, žádná podpora, lidi jsou až na posledním místě

Priateľské správanie medzi VŠETKÝMI kolegami vo firme. Či si narodený v mladších alebo neskorších rokoch, každý kolega aj z vyšších pozícií si s tebou pokecá , dá kávu alebo cigaretku keď je prestávka. Stále sa môžeš na každého obrátiť, vždy sa nájde človek , ktorý ti pomôže.
Prácu by sa dalo platovo ohodnotiť aj lepšie(iný pracovný čas, zmluva)

Na firmě oceňuji, že dává příležitost pracovat lidem již počas studia a je v tomto ohledu velice flexibilní. Další pozitivum je přátelské prostředí a příjemní kolegové.
Nelíbí se mi tady přístup vedení k lidem a časté změny pravidel.
