Určitě maximální časová flexibilita a možnost práce z domova. Ty jsou z důvodu skloubení práce se soukromím nejdůležitějším benefitem! Nikdy jsem v tom nepotkal problém.

Zajímavá práce na vývoji technického software (měření, zpracování a vizualizace prostorových dat pro železniční a podzemní stavitelství, seismická analýza). Široká škála úloh od datové základny přes výpočty až po volumetrické 3D vizualizace.
Spolupráce mezi týmy, evangelizace novinek a přebírání odzkoušených řešení. Sdílení informací z konferencí a školení, bývá málo času kvůli probíhajícím projektům.
