Sám majitel si vybírá zaměstnance do firmy. Velmi často jsou velké teambuildingy. Zaměstnavatel investuje do svých zaměstnanců svůj čas i peníze. Firma se velmi rychle se rozvíjí a má vizi a cíl.

Oceňuji plochou strukturu společnosti. Změny se navrhnou a rychle zrealizují. Jsou zde velmi přátelské vztahy. Návrhy na zlepšení procesů vychází ze zkušeností pracovníků nikoli z teorie.
Informal work atmosphere
Neformální pracovní atmosféru tvoří zaměstnanci ve věkovém průměru do třiceti let. Zakládáme si pevných vazbách, míváme společné snídaně i obědy. Pořádáme společné akce i mimo zaměstnání. Nemáme předepsaný dress-code, převážně si všichni tykáme.
