Osobní přístup, maximální snaha vyjít vstříct potřebám zaměstnance. Pohodová atmosféra.
Asi nic zásadního, kde by nebyla snaha o nápravu. Možná by to chtělo lepší technické zázemí, více investovat do hardware.
