Za mě nějdusnější atmosféra za celou mou kariéru. Při vstupu do konstrukce na Dobrý den nebo Na shledanou se vám nikdy nedostane odpovědi. To jste si nic neudělali. Pokračuje to tím, že na obědě vás kolegové odrazují od práce. Šéf vás vyhodí na konci zkušebky, aby si tam mohl přivést své bývalé kolegy.

Že umožňoval zaměstnancům přesčasy a dobře je platil.
Docela to byl velký chaos. Často nebylo pro dokončení zakázek, určité díly scházeli, výrobky se odstavovaly nedokončené ,na nových bylo to samé. Neustálé dohadování s nadřízenými, následná práce v přesčas. Adalší problémy.

Mnohému jsem se zde naučila... Moderní firma, jde s dobou, digitalizace apod. Na podzim 2018 zaveden benefitní systém - co víc si přát :o) Ředitel je bezva chlap - lze s ním mluvit, rád vyslechne.
