Kvalitní IT. Co potřebuji k práci, to dostanu, občas je to třeba více zdůvodňovat, ale nakonec to je. Rychlá reakce kolegů na požadavky a dobrá spolupráce.

Security and stability
Jedná se o finančně i organizačně zajištěnou firmu s dlouholetou tradicí. Mzdy chodí před výplatním termínem. Spousta benefitů. Jeden jednatel = žádné rozhodování, který úkol má přednost.
No overtime
Práce se dá krásně stihnout během stanovené pracovní doby. Přesčasy jsou minimálně, max. pár hodin za rok.

Výborná zkušenost pro začínající lidi po škole. Horší vnitřní někdy až chaotická organizace práce a vnitřních procesů, včetně rozhodování vedoucích.
