Oceňuji hlavně lidský přístup a možnost domluvit se na čerpání home office, když je třeba. Skvěle vycházíme se všemi kolegy, zaměstnavatel pro nás zajistil v rámci pracovní doby masáže, zdravé svačinky, kávu zdarma a v práce máme i permanentky na MOTOR, které mohou využívat všichni pracovníci, nejen management. Máme se tu fajn.
Zatím jsem jen překvapená milým přístupem, nic bych neměnila.

Unicall dá příležitost každému a pokud jste pracovití umí to ocenit.
Někteří vedoucí pracovníci mají neustále špatnou náladu a to se odráží na komunikaci s nimi.
Jobs fit for working parents
Možnost zkráceného úvazku. Jednosměnný provoz a poměrně dobré platové ohodnocení.

* NO STRESS na pracovišti * kamarádská atmosféra - špatné fin. ohodnocení / v dnešní době nelze vyžít při platu, který nabízeli
