Pokud máte rádi kávu, cigarety, nekonečný small talk a moc toho neumíte, zde je vaše místo za slušnou mzdu a s nenucenými přesčasy. Pokud chcete od práce více, poohlédněte se rychle jinde.
Firma se na první pohled snaží tvářit velmi světově, profesionálně a inovativně, ale socialistické čecháčkovství, které si zaměstnanci včetně managementu náležitě hýčkají ukazuje hořkou realitu. Ve výsledku tak není důležité, jak děláte, ale jak to prodáte. Není důležité, zda jste úkol splnili, ale že jste ho slíbili. Nejsou důležité benefity, organizace a efektivita práce či čistota, moderní vybavení, komfort a bezpečí pracoviště, jste přeci rodinná firma, a to je více…
