Napriek tomu, ze sa jedna o medzinarodnu spolocnost, atmosfera mi skor pripominala statnu spravu. Pri kazdom pohybe sa prihliada na peniaze a setri sa na kazdom a na vsetkom. Velmi tazko sa tak nieco zlepsuje, ked prioritou je setrit, aj na ludoch. V tychto podmienkach ocakavali pravidelne nadcasy, co mi znemoznovalo si akokolvek zariadit svoj sukromny zivot. To ako sa HR a nadriadeni zachovali pri ukoncovani mojho pomeru nekomentujem.

hlavne kolegove, blizko k centru mesta, mensi office zadna kralikarna
vedeni nema koule, nestoji za lidmi, az kdyz hori, tak se zacne neco delat... resp. az uz je pozde skoda, zybtecne prisli o par skvelych lidi clovek je jen nahradnim dilem do auta

Flexible pracovni soba, ale v logistics to neplati
Neoceni snahu a nápady í když říkají, že čekají na to, alena ročním hodnocení pak ti řeknou, že neurobil nic extra a je vše co musím. Každý nadřízený říká že se ti váží, ale vše zní jako zaučené, a všem to sami
Jobs fit for working parents
Da se domluvit extra Home office v oddeleni Finance, v logistice to nejde, zalezi na line-manazerovi. Flexible working hours, skoro nejsou prescasy.
