Neni zde dress code, lide jsou ochotni a kamarádští, vždy se snazi poradit a vyresit dany problém. Po kratke době je bezne tykani a lide se schazeji i na mimopracovních akcich.

Je tu dost pozic, možnost kariérního posunu, většina zaměstnanců dělá různorodou práci. A hlavně, každý den vás naštve někdo jiný :o) a to se vyplatí.
Na pozici operátora není potřeba žádných zvláštních schopností. Číst a psát, rozumět psanému textu. Ostatní UPC zaučí. Z pozice operátora se poté dá postoupit ve firmě na jinou pozici.
