Organizace ve společnosti nefunguje efektivně, na klíčových pozicích je málo profesionálů. Společnost se svou vnitřní politikou a strukturou nevymanila z okovů socialismu.

Zavést manažerské pozice a zajistit schopnost efektivní spolupráce manažerů. Zajistit, aby každý odpovídal za své výsledky a pracovní výkony a to zejména v úsecích plánování a výroby. Převést internal sales alespoň částečně do ČR.
