Je tu celkově taková volnost. Nikdo tu neřeší jestli jste např. na toaletě 5 minut nebo 20 minut. Je zde možný karierní růst pokud jste šikovný. Nevýhoda je, že zde není pravidelný růst mezd. To znamená co si kdo domluví to má...

Firma existuje 25 let a i když zažila horší časy, vždy se k zaměstancům chovala fér. Firma je solidní. Platí dodavatelům i zaměstnancům včas. Firma se stále rozvíjí a expanduje. Dobrý kolektiv.
