Naučila jsem se zajímavý a i úspěšný,nevtíravý přístup k zákaznicím. Bohužel vlezlý přístup kolegyně a zasahování do mé pracovní činnosti mi nedělaly dobře. Výsledky jsem měla, přesto aniž by mi řekli,začali hledat další prodavačku, až když se tam přicházely zájemkyně ptát, napadlo mne, že když jsem ve zkušební době, nejsou se mnou nevím proč spokojeni. Ukončení ve zkušebce mne velice mrzelo, tato práce mne velice bavila.Tento přístup mi nepřišel férový.
Neověření si tvrzení služebně starší kolegyně, která místo pomoci,mne jen rozhazovala a spousty věcí mi prostě zapomínala říct.

- příležitost se rozvíjet v nových věcech - možnost skloubit soukromý a pracovní život - firma je otevřena novým možnostem - stabilita firmy - jednání mezi kolegy
- minimální benefity (multisport, rozvojové kurzy,…)

Možnost seberealizace, otevřené možnosti pro vlastní nápady a prostor pro rozvoj vlastních schopností.
Finanční ohodnocení + prakticky žádné benefity kromě firemních večeří a slevy na zboží. Nelíbí se mi některá strategická rozhodnutí.
Pleasant work environment
Fajn kolektiv a přátelský přístup ze strany nadřízených.
Varied work
Možnost přinášet vlastní nápady a ze strany vedoucího pracovníka zájem se o nich bavit.

Zlepšila bych pohled na zaměstnance, aby si uvědomili, že zaměstnance potřebují a nejednali s nimi s neúctou.

Oceňuji lidský přístup vedení, možnost operativní domluvy při výjimečných situacích, příjemné pracovní prostředí
Celkově mi chybí zpětná vazba, feedback, pochvala- občasné pochválení, slovní docenění dokáže někdy potěšit víc než finanční bonus.
