Při vývoji softwaru se vždy učíte novým věcem. Zvlášť pokud vyvíjíte software pro tisková řešení, který neustále rozšiřujete o nové tiskárny, které mají rozdílné api, atd...
Nemáme dress code, tykáme si, po práci chodíme na pivo. Při řešení problémů si pomáháme. Máme plochou organizační strukturu, management nemá vlastní kanceláře, ale sedí mezi ostatními. Jedinou výjimku má vývoj, který má pěkné tiché prosklené místnosti s kapacitou cca 5-6 osob. Atmoféru v MyQ bych popsal jako přátelskou nebo rodinnou.
