Perfektní firemní kultura. Supr kolektiv. Solidní a vstřícný management. Firemní akce.
Plat. Téměř nemožnost školení mimo firmu, jen vybraní jedinci, jinak školení v rámci firmy. Nic moc benefity.
Non-stressful work
Nejsou zde v zádech kamery, nebo pípáky pro příchody a odchody, každý si musí svou práci vykonat a to všichni vědí dobře a dohromady to vytváří klidnou pohodovou atmosféru mezi lidmi. Lidsky řečeno není zde žádná buzerace ale tolerance, lidé si pomáhají.
Informal work atmosphere
Klidné prostředí, nevidím zde stres a nátlak. Nikdo si na nic nehraje, lidé se tolerují, nepomlouvají.

S náplní práce, pracovní dobou, kolegy - ale na pozici programátor! Když si člověk potřeboval něco zařídil, stačilo napsat a bylo to ok.
Férovost, dodržování ústních dohod, házení klacků pod nohy, závist,když se někomu daří, podezíravost, oblíbenost, když člověk pochleboval ...
