Nektere projekty jsou prirazeny tymum ze shora a jejich prinos produktum neni jednoznacny. Nektere HR procesy - vykazovani dovolene, sluzebni cesty apod. Vse dlouho trva nez projde byrokratickym koleckem.
No overtime
Mame vcelku flexibilni pracovni dobu, ale pokud chce clovek delat ze odchazi v 5 hodin tak neni problem.
