Flexiblilita, profesionalita, dostatek prostoru pro zaučení nového zaměstnance. Dobře se starají o potřeby zaměstnance-supervize a intervize, vzdělávání.

Nemožnost osobního denního kontaktu s kolegy. Nedostatečné platové ohodnocení.

Férovost a jednání narovinu, otevřenost, příjemná atmosféra v organizaci. Flexibilita, možnost práce z domova. Další vzdělávání a osobní rozvoj.

Finanční ohodnocení by mohlo být větší. Práce je psychicky a časově náročná.

V Dobré rodině je se všemi pracovníky jednáno férově a narovinu. Vždy hledáme společné řešení a nikdy není žádná otázka špatně. Nadřízení se snaží vycházet vstříc a podporovat návrhy práce. Názory jsou oceňovány a kvitovány. Zaměstnavatel je slušný a lidský. Uznává skloubení pracovního a osobního života.

Psychická náročnost práce a úřednická administrativa, jako asi všude v oboru... Finanční ohodnocení by mělo být vyšší
