Možnost skloubit osobní a pracovní život, zkrácený pracovní úvazek, flexibilita pracovní doby, možnost home office. Kolegové, na které je spolehnutí, a kteří jsou ochotni pomoci v případě potřeby. Férové jednání, možnost otevřeně vyjádřit svůj názor.

Jsem ve firmě FORD MOTOR COMPANY, s.r.o. moc spokojená. Mám výborného šéfa, který jednak nastavuje vysokou kvalitu práce a mého výkonu a stále se tím učím, ale také je normální člověk, který ví, že život by se měl hlavně žít mimo kancelář :-D Stále mě to baví i po tolika letech.
Důvod ke stížnostem nemám žádný. Určitě záleží na oddělení a na konkrétním manažerovi a nejbližších kolezích.
