Motivuje rocnimi bonusy za obraty firmy, dostavame Vanocni a mikulazske nadilky. Vzdy zaridi skvely pracovni vecirek, nebo gril.party v lete. Lze si vydelat pekne penize navic, pokud jste pracant a chcete si slusne vydelat, urcite doporucuji. Prace neni slozita.
Lepsi by byla pevna prac.doba, nez chodit kazdy den do prace a nevedet v kolik hodin skoncite. A chce to lepsi benefity + 25dni dovolene.

Nejvíc si cením velké důvěry, kterou mi zaměstnavatel dává.
Bylo by super, kdyby tuto společnost všichni zaměstnanci vnímali jakou svou vlastní firmu.

Líbí se mi, že ve firmě je spousta lidí "na svém místě" vědí co dělají a dělají to profesionálně, ano je tam spousta lidí co se jen "vezou" ale to je asi všude...měl jsem možnost být o konkurenční firmy a byla to katastrofa - člověk si připadal jen jak pouhé "číslo"
všude jsou menší a větší problémy, ale když je sdělím nadřízenému, vždy se to někam posune...
