Naučila jsem se sice vzít pořádně za práci ale zaměstnavatel to nijak u nikoho neocenil, kolikrát nám ještě podráželi nohy.

V provoze kde jsem pracoval, vedoucí nic nesliboval a vše bylo jasné a pevně dané. Nikdy nebyl problém s dovolenou ani s přesčasy. Výplata chodí pravidelně v termínu. Pro mě osobně nevýhoda 4-směny.
Investice do technologií. Změnit systém postupu strojniků směrem k technologum. Protože systém dosazovani na vysoké posty lidí (kamarádů) kteří nemají zkušenosti a znalost technologie je absurdní a cesta do záhuby.
