Tato práce pro mě hodně znamenala. Bohužel jsem se nesmířila se zavřením provozovny.

Pohrdavé chování a neucta k lidem od vyššího vedení firmy.Neschopnost dodat smlouvy a dodatky ke změně pozice dle zákona. To samé s výpoveďmi. Jednání pod úroveň.

Naučila jsem se novým věcem, bavila mě komunikace a zpětná vazba od zákazníka, relativně volná ruka se zařizováním prodejny.
Bohužel jsem postupem času zjistila, že není vhodné mít vlastní názor a to tím spíš, čím víc zákazníků s ním souhlasí. Chci být k dispozici právě jim (zákazníkům) a udělat pro ně co nejvíce a nejlépe. Filozofie firmy, že zákaznící jsou tu jen proto, abychom z nich vyrazili co nejvíce peněz mě nejen neoslovuje, ale dokonce uráží.

Bohuzel jen na zacatku,jak se rika:kdyz ptacka lapaji,pekne mu zpivaji....ale skutecnost je jina.Vy nemate zadne pravo a oni muzou vse.Uz bych se s tim,co jsem tam prozila nechtela nikdy setkat.Doporucuji vsem si dat velky pozor na tohoto zamestnavatele.Reci maji spousty,ale skutek utek.jlJsem rada,ze je to za mnou a ted jsem v jine praci,kde si me vazi.
Se vsim jsem nebyla spokojena.Ani s platem ani s chovanim nadrizenych.Naslibuji v inzeratu kopu penez,ale ani na tu spodni hranici se pomalu nedostanete.

Více kompetencí pro vedoucí, lepší marketing, větší podpora prodeje.
