Work-life balance, samostatnost, seniorita kolegů, možnost trvalého home-office, vycházení vstříc s dovolenou, nadprůměrný plat, moderní technologie
Poměrně málo benefitů (nahrazeno vyšším platem) a špatná nebo žádná motivační část, 4 týdny dovolené, omezená socializace, některé úkoly můžou být čistě migrační ze starého systému na nový (záleží samozřejmě na projektu)

Silná společnost. Mohu se s problémem obrátit na kolegy. Procvičení angličtiny.
Rozdělení firmy do více celků. Lepší kanceláře, ale ne openspace.
