Nerovnoměrné rozdělení práce, polovina lidí svou práci nestíhá a druhá polovina má čas postávat u kávovaru a časopisů. Nadřízený neodpovídá ani na pozdrav.

Peníze jsou každý měsíc na účtě v čas. Pracovní doba mi vyhovuje. příspěvky na stravování. Skvělá závodní kuchyně. Třináctý plat přijde taky vždy. Každý rok navýšení základu o nějaké procento. Skvělé zázemí a růst firmy.
Trošku zlevnit obědy.

Většina zisku společnosti se investuje spátky do ní a do jejich zaměstnaců.
Snažší a vhodnější sofwarový program, který by propojoval a komunikoval napříč celou firmou.

Uvolnění v případě soukromých záležitostí, doktorů případně soukromých aktivit
občas stresující práce s chemikáliemi tzn. práce na několika místech výroby
