Pokud mám splněné povinnosti, mohu skloubit práci a soukromí. Pravidelně mi roste plat. Za práci, kterou já odvádím, mě platí lépe, než běžně. Na druhou stranu, když mě firma potřebuje, musím být k dispozici.

možnost profesního růstu šikovný člověk si najde své místo smysluplná práce
nabrat více schopných zaměstnanců zlepšit pracovní prostředí - na tom se pracuje, ale chtělo by to zrychlit

Pro tento případ je to zcestná otázka. Bohužel ničeho
Rozhodně zlepšit chování k zaměstnancům o finančně je odměnit tak jak si zaslouží, ne je podceňovat
