Dříve to byla celkem solidní a prosperující firma. Výplata chodí včas na účet.
Po změnách ve vedení před několika roky se firmě nedaří. Zkušení manažeři byli odejiti, nebo raději sami skončili. Snažit se, aby se cokoli zlepšilo, je nemožné. Firma preferuje ve velkém přijímání agenturních zaměstnanců z východu. Tím se zhoršila celková spolupráce i mezilidské vztahy. Kmenový zaměstnanec je zde druhořadý.

Je inteligentní, vždy rád vše vysvětlí, ovládá dobře svoji práci.
Lepší organizace práce, dotahovat věci rychleji do konce.
