Odměny pouze ve formě FKSP. Hodil by se určitě caffeteria systém. Dále strava pouze dotovaná, stravenky by byly lepší.

Snížit tu abnormální byrokracii a administraci ze strany zřizovatele i státu. Ale to je problém všech veřejných institucí.

Se svojí nadřízenou vždy mi vyšla vstříc když jsem potřebovala
S platem a později jsem si nerozumněla s jiný kolegy na jiné pravovní pozici poté jsem se vrátila k předchozí pozici a nadřízene která se nezměnila a byla pořád vstřícna i když jsem pod ní chvíli nebyla
