Plat na mé pozici. Žádný open office, Relativně flexibilní pracovní doba

Celkové směřování firmy. Žádné investice do lidí, vybavení či úrovně služeb. Nikdy není plný stav lidí, vždy někdo chybí. vykonáváte práci za sebe a 1-2 další lidi, protože nejsou...Worklife balance není.

Complex tasks

Díky menšímu množství zaměstnanců a komplexní práci jsou pracovní ukoly težší, je jich více a často zahrnují komunikaci napříč odděleníma a nemají dokonalé řešení.
