Ve firmě je přátelská atmosféra a otevřená komunikace. Všichni pracují s velkým osobním nasazením, to je ale vyvážené volností. Oblast, ve které firma působí, se bouřlivě vyvíjí a myslím, si, že se firma snaží držet na špici.
Většina klíčových zaměstnanců má na starosti větší množství produktů/projektů. Nefunguje to, že si pracovník může "uvolnit ruce" a "vyčistit stůl", když posune na nový projekt. Finančně jsou lidé spíše podhodnoceni.

Je to "menší" firma, lidé se tam navzájem znají a když je třeba něco řešit, je možné jít přímo za odpovědným člověkem. Žádná složitá administrativa. Volná pracovní doba - pokud si člověk něco potřeboval vyřídit, nebyl to problém. V případě potřeby možnost práce z domu. Dobrý kolektiv lidí, každý rok společný teambuilding na zajímavých místech.
