Oceňuji záměr firmy ohledně vždy spokojených zaměstnanců a zápalení do světa fitness či jiného cvičení. Určitě vím, že při jakémkoliv problému se mohu na firmu obrátit a společně vše vyřešit.
Ačkoliv vím, že vše je o penězích a dnešní doba financím moc nenahrává, tak mi ale chybí zájem o renovaci starších klubů FF.

Rozhodně kolektiv a celkově práce s kolegy. Pochopení a přístup nadřízeného.
Některé měsíce jsou slabší, což se odrazí i na platu. Několik let stejná hudba.

V mém případě velmi cením fakt, že jsem dostal příležitost poměrně rychle se kariérně posunout a vyrůst a neustále dostávám nové příležitosti. A taky mám rád naše společné předmeetingové snídaně/brunche a obecně všechny tyhle akce, kde se spolu potkáme, protože jsme fajn kolektiv mladých lidí, které vidím vždycky rád. :)
Mohlo by se trochu více zapracovat na komunikaci mezi marketingem a kluby, hlavně co se různých akcí týče. Ale abych byl fér - je to už mnohem lepší, než dřív.

Oceňuji příjemné prostředí na klubu, kde pracuji, pohodového a férového manažera a dobrý kolektiv.
Ocenil bych už dlouho slibované firemní oblečení a lepší vybavení fitka ( stroje už dosluhují, ale chápu, že je to finančně náročné ). Nemůžu říct, že jsem s tím nespokojen, ale vzhledem k velké inflaci bych uvítal zvýšení finančního ohodnocení.

Za velmi přínosný benefit oceňuji možnost využívat všechny naše pobočky a to včetně skupinových lekcí a wellness. Dále vedle toho řadím výborný kolektiv a manažera, možnost se na všem domluvit a najít pro každého to nejlepší řešení. Další pozitivní věc shledávám u firemních akcí, které jsou vždy přínosné a zábavné, ať už se jedná o školení či volnočasové aktivity :)
Některé měsíce, když není tolik prodejů, se to značně projeví ve výplatě.

Špatné chování od klientů a zejména od šéfů-nebylo férové jednání, přetvářky a sliby, stres=nedoporučuji!!! Celkově špatný system celeho fitka.
