Firma dává šanci všem, kteří si šanci zaslouží. Platové podmínky jsou férové. To co se slíbí, to se dostane. S vedením se dá vše probrat a vždy se dá najít nějaké schůdné řešení problému. Celkově ideální pracovní místo, na Opavsku asi jedno z nejlepších.
Občas jsou vysoké pracovní nároků a spoustu nový úkolů, ale člověk se tím učí.

Vysoká pravděpodobnost nových úkolů, pokud je člověk šikovný.
Pleasant work environment
Čisté prostory v rámci celé firmy. Zbytečně se zaměstnancům nevytváří stresové podmínky, které jsou k pracovní činnosti důležité.

Pravidelná směnnost, pravidelná výplata včetně bonusů, férové jednání, vzájemná domluva.
