Ocenuji stravenky. Zivotni pojisteni a premie
Vedeni bych půlku povyhazoval. Tak jako predchozi komentář. Vedeni by mohlo byt také lepsi...dost často tam bývá celkem chaoz.

za sebe můžu říct,že na mé pozici je to trochu volnější. lidi ve výrobě to mají horší. peníze žádná hitparáda,ale zase nedojíždím,,pořád do výplat vedení zasahuje až zbytečně moc. absence komunikace vedení vs zaměstnanci. vznikají zbytečné chyby a neshody a to se odráží na důvěře zaměstnance vůči nadřízeným. tahle důvěra pokulhává,ale určitě může být i hůř. lidi co tu dělali v kaclu řekli jednohlasně "tady vládne anarchie" :D
určitě je tu velký nepoměr lidí v kanceláři(cca 42) a zaměstnanců(cca 60),přesný počet nevím. já bych se zbavil minimálně 1/3 lidí z kanceláří,kteří jsou tu naprosto zbyteční., to by přihrálo nemalý balík peněz do firemní kasy
