Reditel, pan doktor Rehak, je velice chytry strateg a dokaze velice dobre odhadnout budouci vyvoj, niceho se neboji, ale ani se niceho nestiti. Jasne nastavil pravidla firmy pro podporu zisku, coz se pak u nej samotneho a dalsich kolegu zvrhavalo v chovani smecky vlku jdouci po koristi.
Zrusil bych variabilni slozku platu podle obratu jedince a zavedl variabilni slozku podle celorocniho zisku cele firmy. Tim by byla odstranena velice nezdrava souperivost mezi kolegy, ktera vedla k necestnemu jednani mezi kolegy a smerem k zakaznikum.
