100% homeoffice (tedy kromě workshopů s klienty). Možnost zjistit, jak fungují jiné firmy (skrze dodavatelské projekty).
Nekompetentní manažer firmu rozkládá. Téměř nikdo z týmu mu nedůvěřuje, přesto má stále důvěru vedení.

Pokud chcete, můžete dělat skutečně cokoliv nad rámec vašich povinností a management vaší proaktivitu ocení.
Flexible working hours
Pracovní doba je vskutku flexibilní. Můžete dělat kdy se vám zachce - hlavní je, že máte hotové úkoly a že jste na domluvených callech s klienty.

Skvělá parta lidí. Zaměstnavatelé si nás hýčkají a snaží se pořád přicházet s něčím novým. Dostává se nám podpory a prostoru k vlastnímu rozvoji. Férový a transparentní přístup. Dobré ohodnocení a benefity.
Občas je té práce trochu moc, ale bývalo hůř. S rozšířením týmu Práce bývalo dřív až moc, to se naštěstí zlepšilo s rozšířením týmu.
