Poměrně velká svoboda v organizaci práce a času. Benevolence co se týká času odchodů, příchodů, času stráveném na obědě. Snaha o kvalitní pracovní pomůcky a hezké pracovní prostředí. Pokud člověk vyloženě nevytvoří extra průšvih, dožije ve firmě bez problému do důchodu. Jistota městské firmy.
Odměny rozdělovány převážně dle oblíbenosti u vedoucího. Hodnota stravenek. Benefity celkově. Zkostnatělost, některé procesy existují snad jen aby se "něco" dělalo", cokoliv zefektivnit je téměř nemožné. Se spoustou kolegů špatná domluva ohledně změn, s čímž souvisí bod výše.
