Firma se nyní potýká s raketovým růstem, který by jiné firmy nezvládly. Super je, že u nás pracují srdcaři, kteří firmě pomáhají i nad rámec svých povinností, abychom dodali projekty včas. Negativum je, že je to zapotřebí:-)
Na blbce člověk narazí všude. Důležitější je, že firma funguje a problémy se řeší a nezametají pod koberec.

Chybi komunikace při řešení problému nikdy nedostaneme zpětnou vazbu nelíbí se mi ze si snama konstruktéři neradi jak by to šlo lépe nakreslit a vyřešit to je problém velký kolikrát se s určitými vecmi trápime zbytečně dekuji

mezinárodní spolupráce, férová švédská firemní kultura, možnost rozvíjet sebe, svoje oddělení i firmu, oceňování dobré práce, dostupnost světového know how - procesy, produkty, trhy
Pokud mi něco nevyhovuje, mám mnoho možností se ozvat a ovlivnit to. To platí pro každého zaměstnance. Každý názor je vyslyšen a ty smysluplné jsou ve správné chvíli realizovány.
