Firemní kultura, netoxické prostředí Bavíme se, ale stále se tvrdě pracuje. Firemní akce + Benefity
Vždycky se může něco objevit, ale když se pracuje s rozumnými lidmi a otevřeně komunikuje, tak se všechno dokáže vyřešit.

Rozhodně oceňuji prolidský přístup a velký důraz na to dávat dohromady kvalitní a soudržný tým, který se navzájem doplňuje. Důraz je rozhodně na kvalitu jak při výkonu, tak při hledání novým lidí. Další skvělou věcí, které si moc cením v rámci kvality je důraz na rozvoj osobnosti i pracovních dovedností. Jezdíme na spoustu oborových konferencí, kurzů, konzultací, atd. Jednoduše na vzdělání se nešetří.
