nepořádek ve firmě ve smyslu veškeré administrativy a procesů, v ničem není řád, všude chaos, všechno trvá strašně dlouho (i ve srovnání s jinými podobně velkými korporacemi, zkrátka se to tu nezvládá), nic neběží nikdy hladce, člověk musí hledat složitě zdroje/zodpovědné lidi a jelikož tu nefunguje ownership, pak je ještě tlačit do toho aby dělali svoji práci a člověku pomohli, nikdy se nikdo aktivně neujme řešení problémů
