Příjemný kolektiv, člověk má možnost kontaktovat kohokoliv ve firmě na nic si kolegové nehrají. Možnost kariérního růstu. Firemní Benefity
Člověk si dokáže na dané pozici představit více peněz, firma nereaguje na inflační růst a platy zůstávají stejné .

Přátelsky přístup, velké množství benefitů, starost o zaměstnance, slušný plat, pohodová práce, skvělý kolektiv. Při škole mi absolutně vyjdou vstříc.

Cením si uvolněnější atmosféry, lidského přístupu přímého nadřízeného, v rozumné míře možnost individuálních dohod (skloubení osobního a pracovního života).
Neškodilo by přidat na platech :) zlepšit odměnový systém, zlepšit pracovní komunikaci napříč firmou a odděleními, zlepšit zapojení moderních komunikačních a hlavně kooperačních aplikací.. zlepšit systematičnost práce.
