naprostá spokojenost s přístupem firmy i přístupem vedení tým spolupracovníku perfektní máme mezi sebou skvělé vztahy což znamená že se stýkáme i mimo pracovní dobu

Moje kolegyně úžasné, ale z manažerky velmi špatně emoce. Směny přehazovala, precovala jsem víc než jsem měla ve smlouvě. Práce není nějak těžká za to co děláte velmi slušně placená, ale musíte vychytat dobrýho manažera.
Práce na skladě byla hrozná. Chaos, zmatek a hodně pracovních úrazů. Připravte se tedy i na nepříjemnou fyzickou práci .

Vyhodou bylo, ze nabizeli jak polovicni, tak i ctvrtinove uvazky, takze se prace dala skloubit s dennim studiem.
Nejvetsi problem byl s managementem. Za celou dobu se nam vystridalo hodne vedoucich a jen jedna dokazala namotivovat a pochvalit na konci dne. Kvuli castemu stridani pak chybela organizace, rozvrh smen atd. Byl na ne vyvijen tlak ze shora, takze vetsinou to nevydrzeli nebo dostali vypoved, ale nemuseli nas tolik terorizovat. Jako nasledek zamestnanci furt marodili, brigadnici koncili ze dne na den nebo nedorazili vubec. Navic vedouci casto se jen zasivali do kanclu, pak vecer vylezli a jen nas servali, asi aby nam pripomneli, ze tam vubec jsou. Pritom cely den jsme normalne pracovali, ale to nemohli videt, kdyz tam s nami nebyli.
