Část kolegů tvoří velmi dobrou společnost, ve které se cítím příjemně. Přímí nadřízení mi vyhovují, i když se občas hůře chápeme, některé z nich obdivuji. Práce rozhodně není monotonní a nenudím se.
Některým zaměstnancům bych přidala trošku více práce, jiným bych pořídila kolegy do jejich teamů. Zavedla bych povinné ranní meatingy o tom co kdy kde jak .... vázne komunikace. Pružná pracovní doba a sick days by byly taky super.

Poznáte zde skvělé lidi,ale přístup zaměstnavatele a ohodnocení je velmi mizivé a už vůbec nemluvím o pracovních podmínkách.
Změnila bych ohodnocení zaměstnanců, pracovní dobu, pracovní smlouvu apod.

Platový základ podprůměrný , ale dorovnávajip jej benefity po zkušební době , na mé pozici ligistiky okolo 5000 se stravenkami , dopravným , atd. Práce v logistice není namáhavá a baví mne .
Plat , ten je opravdu nejhorší za 7let co pracuji v oboru logistiky na poštu řidiče VZV .

Určitš bych do vedou cích fůnkcí zařadila zaměstnance, kterí se více zajímají o svě podrřízené zaměstnance.
