Výborný trénink psychické odolnosti, pokud to někdo opravdu potřebuje. Naučíte se vážit si i těch nejmenších věcí – třeba toho, když vás zrovna nikdo neseřve. Kolektiv, kde nikdy není nuda – o drby a kritiku totiž rozhodně není nouze.
Mzda, která by působila spíš jako výplata než jako připomínka starých časů. Styl vedení, kde by se místo křiku dalo občas použít i slovo nebo rada – pro změnu. Prostředí, kde by noví zaměstnanci měli šanci zapadnout, i když náhodou nejsou hned oblíbenci místního klubu „služebně starších“.
