Ocenila jsem klid na práci, nesetkala jsem se šikanou, že jsem důchodového věku. V rámci epidemie byla má pozice admistrativy zrušena. Dne 26.6.2020 byla spolupráce ukončena. Bylo mi sděleno, že došlo k reorganizaci.
Nic mě nenapadá, po desítkách let jsem se cítila opět jako člověk.
Informal work atmosphere
Přidělenou agendu zpracováváte osobně, termíny splnění jsou přesně dané. Určitá pravidla se musí respektovat, ale nikdo vás neomezuje.
Pleasant work environment
Je to o jednotlivcích. Pokud má dotyčný/á zkušenosti z call centra, musí si považovat jak pracovního prostředí, tak podmínek na práci.

Je to menší agentura, hodně jsem se tady toho naučila. Dbají i na vzdělávání zaměstnanců, což je super.
Všude je něco, tady mi chybi více opravdových seniornich lidi
