férové jednání, co se řekne, to platí, stabilní firma, výplata na účet vždy včas, lidský přístup k zaměstnancům, zázemí střední firmy, rodinná firma s českým majitelem, několik poboček v ČR, další v SR
mohla by být klouzavější pracovní doba, ale to nelze kvůli návaznosti na další kolegy
