dobré benefity, zázemí. I když to tak někdy nevypadá, všichni táhnou za jeden provaz.

Občas proces schvalování nákupu potřebných pomůcek pro pracovní výkon. (korporátně zdlouhavý proces)

- zaměstnanecké benefity - i hlas jednotlivce je slyšet - férové jednání - i když je to korporát, jak jednání nadřízených i top managementu na úrovni rodinné firmy

- složitější procesy, které však vychází z velikosti firmy

Skvělí kolegové, na které jsem se mohla vždy obrátit a spolehnout. Jak na mém pracovišti, tak po firmě. Silný šéf s dobrou reputací, kterého jsem se mohla na cokoliv zeptat a dokázal vždy poradit.

Netransparentní systém osobního měsíčního bonusu, obecně nižší platové ohodnocení. Překvapila mě nepřizpůsobivost nastavení spolupráce v mém těhotenství (např. flexibilní pracovní doba).
